This Privacy Policy describes how Dotlify AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data from customers, website visitors, and users of DMlify — our Instagram DM automation platform. We collect information in the following ways: Account Registration: Name, email address, username, and password when you create a DMlify account. Platform Usage: When you access and interact with our services, we automatically collect usage data, interaction logs, feature engagement, and technical metadata such as IP address, browser type, device information, and timestamps. Payment Information: Billing details required to process subscription payments, processed securely through third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details. Third-Party Integrations: When you connect your Instagram or other social accounts to DMlify, we receive access tokens and related account data necessary to operate automated workflows on your behalf. Communications: Content of messages and forms you submit to us, including support requests and feedback.

Dotlify AI processes your personal data for the following purposes: • To provide, operate, and maintain the DMlify platform and your account • To process payments and manage your subscription • To send transactional communications, account notifications, and product updates • To analyse usage patterns and improve our product features • To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities • To conduct user research and gather aggregate analytics (in anonymised form) We will not use your data for purposes materially different from those described above without your prior consent.

Following account termination or deletion: • Account data is retained for up to 18 months to allow for reactivation and for fraud prevention purposes • After 18 months of inactivity, account data is permanently deleted • Certain data may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, or complying with legal obligations You may request earlier deletion of your data by contacting privacy@dotlify.ai.

Dotlify AI implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Dotlify AI is based in India.
